This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Digiprintweb (trading as hprintsweb) for the use of the embedded software and smart chip technology (“Software”) contained within our remanufactured ink cartridges.
1. Grant of License
hprintsweb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely as it is integrated into the ink cartridge for the purpose of communicating with your printer. This license is valid only for the life of the ink contained within the cartridge.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the smart chip Software.
Modify: Alter or create derivative works based on the Software.
Circumvent: Attempt to bypass any technological measures or “locks” intended to protect the Software’s integrity.
Redistribute: Sell, lease, or sublicense the Software independently of the physical ink cartridge.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all associated copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights are the property of Digiprintweb or its technology partners. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software, only a right to use it as part of the product.
4. No Warranty on Software
The Software is provided “AS IS.” While we use the latest 2026 Smart Chips to ensure compatibility, hprintsweb does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted across all future printer firmware updates.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms or once the ink cartridge is depleted and discarded. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
6. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of The Hague.
