hprintsweb is a trading name of Digiprintweb, located at Jan Van Beersstraat 11, The Hague, 2523JP, Netherlands. All contracts are made between you (the customer) and Digiprintweb.
2. Product Nature & Intellectual Property

Remanufactured Goods: We specialize in remanufactured and compatible ink and toner cartridges. These are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products.

Trademarks: Names such as “HP,” “Samsung,” “Lexmark,” and “Canon” are used solely for compatibility descriptions. We have no affiliation with these manufacturers.

Condition: All products are professionally refurbished or remanufactured unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and United States.

Dispatch: Orders placed before our daily cutoff time (check individual product pages for details) are dispatched on the same or next business day.

Delivery Times: * Netherlands: 1–2 business days.

UK & USA: 3–7 business days (cross-border shipping).

Customs/Duties: For UK and USA customers, we aim to deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible, but the customer is responsible for any local import taxes if applicable.
4. Payments

Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) (select regions), PayPal, and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

Security: We do not store financial data. Payments are processed through secure, third-party encrypted providers.
5. Returns & Cancellations

Right to Cancel: Under the EU & UK Consumer Rights, you have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of delivery, provided the cartridge seals remain unbroken.

Faulty Goods: We offer a 12-Month Performance Guarantee. If a cartridge is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.
6. Limitation of Liability
While our cartridges are engineered for safety, hprintsweb (Digiprintweb) is not liable for any incidental damage to printers resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the cartridge.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to comply with local laws in the Netherlands, UK, or USA.
