At hprintsweb (operated by Digiprintweb), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell remanufactured and compatible products, we offer a robust guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
In accordance with UK and EU (Netherlands) Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

The Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us of your intent to return.

The Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of printer ink, once a cartridge seal is broken or the tape is removed, it cannot be returned for a “change of mind” refund.

Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage to our warehouse in The Hague, Netherlands.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We provide a 12-Month Performance Guarantee on all our remanufactured cartridges.

The Fault: If your cartridge is not recognized by your printer, leaks, or produces poor print quality, please contact us at contact@hprintwebs.com.

Troubleshooting: Often, a simple chip reset or printhead clean resolves the issue. Our team will guide you through this first.

Replacement or Refund: If we cannot resolve the technical issue, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including your original standard shipping costs.

Pre-Paid Labels: For confirmed faulty items, we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Incorrect Items Received
If we have sent you the wrong cartridge (the model does not match your order), please do not open the internal plastic seal. Contact us immediately, and we will send the correct item out via Express Shipping at no extra cost to you.
4. The Refund Process

Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

Timing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Payment Method: All refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). For COD orders, we will contact you to arrange a secure bank transfer.

No Financial Storage: As per our Privacy Policy, we do not store your financial details; all refunds are handled through our secure payment gateways.
